For years, I lived like many do, long hours at the office, full inboxes, and very little time for myself. Commitment to exercise came in waves, and it wasn’t until I found CrossFit that something truly shifted. I was overweight, out of shape, but determined to feel better and improve my health. I had two young daughters that I wanted to keep up with, and more importantly, live to see grow up.
I started going to CrossFit regularly. I worked hard and improved week by week. But I was self-conscious due to poor athletic wear. I couldn’t find clothes that fit right; they clung in the wrong places, rode up when I lifted my arms, or made me feel like I had to be someone I wasn’t (a young, fit model!).
That frustration became fuel. I wanted to create something better — gear that works, fits, lasts, and respects both the person wearing it and the planet it’s made on.
ENGINE started with my own journey and became a mission to support yours — no matter where you are on your path to fitness.
