Returns and Refunds

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. The first 14 days are your statutory
right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Days 15 to 30 are ENGINE's own extended returns
policy, which goes beyond what the law requires and carries slightly different terms.

THE FIRST 14 DAYS: STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods
to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

- You may examine and try on items as you would in a shop. This does not affect your right to
  withdraw.
- We refund the full price of the returned items. If you withdraw from the entire order, we
  also refund the standard delivery cost you paid.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. A 49 SEK return shipping fee is
  deducted from your refund.
- No handling or restocking fee applies during this period.
- We may deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value where goods have been handled beyond
  what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, for example
  worn for training, washed, or returned with tags removed and damaged.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14
days after we receive the returned goods.

DAYS 15 TO 30: ENGINE EXTENDED RETURNS

This period is offered voluntarily by ENGINE and is not a statutory right. The following terms
apply:

- Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in
  original packaging
- A 49 SEK return shipping fee is deducted from your refund
- A 49 SEK handling fee is also deducted from your refund

Returns must be registered no later than 30 days after delivery.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, none of the above fees
apply. We cover the return shipping and refund you in full. Contact us at
store@engine-fitness.com. Your statutory right to complain about a faulty product is separate
from, and additional to, the return rights described here.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We offer free size exchanges on all products, subject to availability. Contact us at
store@engine-fitness.com before returning your item and we will guide you through the exchange
process.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

- Gift cards
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised

Discounted and sale items carry the same 14-day right of withdrawal as full-price items.
