Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident buying from ENGINE. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

The first 14 days are your statutory right of withdrawal. Days 15 to 30 are ENGINE's own extended returns policy, with slightly different terms. Both are set out below.

The first 14 days: your right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind. You do not need to give a reason.

  • You may try items on. Handling a garment the way you would in a shop is expressly allowed and does not affect your right to return it.

  • We refund the full price of the item. If you return your entire order, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid.

  • You pay for return shipping. A 49 SEK return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

  • There is no handling fee during these 14 days.

  • We may deduct for reduced value if a garment has been used beyond trying it on, for example worn to train in, washed, or returned with tags removed and damaged.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods.

Days 15 to 30: ENGINE's extended returns

This period is our own policy and goes beyond what the law requires, so the terms are a little stricter.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached

  • A 49 SEK return shipping fee is deducted

  • A 49 SEK handling fee is also deducted

Returns must be registered no later than 30 days after delivery.

Faulty or incorrect items

None of the above applies if something is wrong with your order. If an item is faulty, or we sent you the wrong thing, we cover the return shipping and there are no fees of any kind. Email us and we will sort it out.

Exchanges

If you want to swap an item for a different size, contact us before sending anything back. We will guide you through it so the exchange can be handled in the same return shipment where possible.
