Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. In an effort to minimise the effect on our climate, we charge a 49 kr restocking fee as a way to reduce the number of unnecessary purchases and returns.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at store@engine-fitness.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. A 49 SEK return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned in a condition that reduces their resale value may be subject to a partial refund.
Size Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges on all products, subject to availability.
If you need a different size, contact us at store@engine-fitness.com before returning your item, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
This statutory right is separate from and does not affect our 30-day return policy.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at store@engine-fitness.com.
