Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident purchasing from ENGINE. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

Returns must be initiated without unnecessary delay and no later than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is approved and processed, a 49 SEK return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may be subject to a deduction reflecting any loss in resale value.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll guide you through the exchange process so it can be handled within the same return shipment when possible.
