About ENGINE
Quality. Performance. Built to Last. For Every Body.
ENGINE was created to solve a simple but familiar problem: activewear that doesn’t actually support the people wearing it.
Too tight or too loose. Riding up, wearing out, or designed for appearance rather than movement. For many people, gym clothing becomes a distraction instead of a tool—undermining comfort, confidence, and consistency.
Born in Sweden, ENGINE was shaped by a belief that performance gear should be designed with intention. Not rushed. Not disposable. Built to perform well, fit properly, and last beyond a single season.
We focus on quality materials, considered construction, and functional design—creating garments that move with you and hold up to regular use. From first-time gym-goers to experienced athletes, ENGINE is made for real bodies and real training, not idealised versions of either.
We don’t promise our clothes will make you stronger or faster.
But we do promise they won’t get in your way.
From Burnout to Balance
ENGINE began with a personal journey.
For years, I lived a familiar routine. Long hours at work, constant pressure, and very little time for myself. Exercise came in waves until I discovered CrossFit and committed to improving my health. I was overweight, out of shape, and motivated by one simple goal: to feel better, live longer, and keep up with my two young daughters.
As my training progressed, one thing consistently held me back—my clothing. Nothing fit properly. It rode up, clung in the wrong places, and made me more self conscious about my shape.
That frustration became fuel.
I set out to create activewear that fits well, performs reliably, and respects the person wearing it. Gear designed to support progress over time, not trends or unrealistic expectations.
ENGINE started with my own need for better clothing.
Today, it exists to support yours, wherever you are on your path.
