About ENGINE

Sustainable. Quality. Performance. For Every Body.

ENGINE was created to solve a problem — one familiar to anyone who’s ever stepped into a gym and felt that their clothing didn’t support them. Either too tight or too baggy, riding up or wearing out too fast, most activewear failed to offer a balance between comfort, function, and self-confidence.

Born in Sweden, ENGINE is a response to a fast fashion culture that prioritizes speed over quality, and aesthetics over integrity. We believe there’s a better way — where high-performance gear can also be responsibly made, long-lasting, and built for real life.

From first-timers to seasoned competitors, we’re here to support every step of the journey. Our garments are designed to fit well, move with you, and let you focus on what really matters — your health, your progress, your community.

We don’t promise that our clothes will make you stronger or faster. But we do promise they won’t get in your way.

From Burnout to Balance

For years, I lived like many do, long hours at the office, full inboxes, and very little time for myself. Commitment to exercise came in waves, and it wasn’t until I found CrossFit that something truly shifted. I was overweight, out of shape, but determined to feel better and improve my health. I had two young daughters that I wanted to keep up with, and more importantly, live to see grow up.

I started going to CrossFit regularly. I worked hard and improved week by week. But I was self-conscious due to poor athletic wear. I couldn’t find clothes that fit right; they clung in the wrong places, rode up when I lifted my arms, or made me feel like I had to be someone I wasn’t (a young fit model!).

That frustration became fuel. I wanted to create something better — gear that works, fits, lasts, and respects both the person wearing it and the planet it’s made on.

ENGINE started with my own journey and became a mission to support yours — no matter where you are on your path to fitness.
