Why ENGINE?

There are a hundred brands out there telling you how to train, what to wear, and who to be. We’re not one of them.

ENGINE wasn’t created to disrupt, dominate, or go viral. It was created to solve a problem—quietly, deliberately, and with high standards.

We believe the clothes you train in should work as hard as you do. They should move when you move and stay still when you don’t. They should feel good, function well, and last longer than a season. That’s the minimum.

Too much of what’s out there is built fast, marketed louder than it’s made, and forgotten in a year. We wanted to do things differently. Starting with fewer products, higher quality, and materials we can stand behind.

Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they’ve been tested for harmful substances and are safe for your skin. Our shipping packaging breaks down, not into plastic particles, but into something the earth can digest. The garments are made in facilities that respect the people who work there. That’s not the full picture or our final stage of sustainability, but it’s where we are and we’ll keep going towards the least possible environmental impact while having an ethical supply chain.

ENGINE is designed in Sweden, tested in CrossFit boxes, Hyrox heats, forest trails, and gym floors by people who need quality gear that works in real life – not just on camera. We build for real movement and sweat, not aesthetic.

If there’s a personal part of this story, it’s this: I didn’t set out to build a brand. I just wanted to train without adjusting my shirt every five minutes. I wanted to feel like myself, not someone else’s idea of a fitness model. I wanted clothes that wouldn’t compromise. When I couldn’t find them, I started making them.

Now, we're here.

ENGINE is still small. That’s intentional. We’ll scale carefully, release slowly, and only put products into the world when they’re ready. We’d rather make your one favourite pair of shorts than ten you forget.

So why ENGINE?

Because it’s made for people who care how things are made. Who want performance, without posturing. Who’d rather invest once than buy five times. Who aren’t chasing trends but rather are putting in the work.
